Thrashers is a skate park and padel venue at 241 Serene Street, Garsfontein, Pretoria; built in 1996, it is the oldest skate park in South Africa.
The skate park caters for skateboarding, BMX, rollerblading and aggressive skating, with ledges, stairs, a fun box, pyramid, two quarterpipes, a death ramp, a mini-ramp and a manual pad, and there are five padel courts.
Skateboarding lessons, a Saturday skate school, birthday parties, private functions and photoshoots are offered, and a kiosk and burger bar serve drinks and food.
It is open Monday to Saturday 06:00–22:00 and Sunday 06:00–20:00.
