The Wanderers Club, founded in 1888, is a multi-sport members' club with 16 sporting codes at 21 North Street, Illovo, separate from Wanderers Golf Club next door.
You can play padel on six courts, tennis on 10 floodlit courts, squash on seven courts plus a glass show court, cricket, rugby, touch rugby, hockey on the astro, junior soccer, lawn bowls on four greens, basketball, badminton, gymnastics, karate, athletics, snooker and chess.
The club is open Monday to Saturday 06:00–23:00 and Sunday 07:00–21:00, and the padel courts Monday to Wednesday and Sunday 06:00–22:00 and Thursday to Saturday 06:00–23:00.
Restaurants and bars include The Wanderers Terrace, The Garden Bar, The Chariots sports bar and the Courtside Café, and there is a kids' play area and secure parking.
