About Jackal Creek Golf Estate in Honeydew, Johannesburg
Jackal Creek Golf Club, part of Jackal Creek Golf Estate on Boundary Road, Honeydew, is an 18-hole course designed by the DDV Design Group that opened in March 2010, with elevation changes, rolling fairways, sweeping greens and bushveld wildlife, including resident black-backed jackals.
It has a pro shop with custom fitting and repairs, an indoor academy with a 3D FlightScope golf simulator, a putting green, chipping area and hitting nets, a halfway house and the Jackal Den restaurant and bar overlooking the 18th green and the Magaliesberg, and the estate also has a gym, squash and tennis courts and running and cycling paths.
The clubhouse is closed on Mondays except public holidays; the halfway house is open Tuesday to Sunday 06:00–15:00, and the Jackal Den Tuesday to Saturday 10:30–22:30 and Sunday 10:30–21:00.
The academy is open six days a week.
