CityROCK Cape Town is a full indoor climbing gym at Unit 5, The Island, 9 Milner Street, Paarden Eiland.
It offers top rope, lead climbing, auto-belay, bouldering and kids' climbing across about 2,500 m² of high walls, with 180 top-rope anchors, 16 auto-belay walls, around 600 m² of bouldering and a dedicated beginners' area.
The gym also has private and group lessons, advanced coaching, a yoga and Pilates studio, a cardio and strength training area, and group fitness workshops.
It is open Monday to Thursday from 11:00 to 22:00, and Friday to Sunday and public holidays from 09:00 to 18:00 (closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day).
